摘　　要：工学结合人才培养模式是高等职业教育中的一种新型人才培养模式,这种新型人才培养模式既给当前高职院校的思想政治教育工作带来了有利条件,同时也带来了新的挑战。如何转变观念、更新内容、采取适当方法做好这种新型人才培养模式下的思想政治教育工作是一个亟需探讨的课题。The Learning-in-work Talent Cultivation Model is a new type of higher vocational education training model,which brought both chances and challenges.How to change the idea,renew content,and take appropriate methods to do the ideological and political education work in this new talent training mode needs further discussion.
