麻杏甘石汤证的脉证研究

摘　　要：通过对麻杏甘石汤医案中的症状、舌脉进行归类统计,总结了麻杏甘石汤证证候舌脉的指征:①主症:咳嗽,身热,喘,汗出。②兼症:口干渴,大便干,小便黄。③舌脉:舌质红,苔黄,脉数。临床有三项主症加舌脉征象,或有二项主症、二项兼症加舌脉征象即可诊断为麻杏甘石汤证,首选麻杏甘石汤治疗。The tongue and pulse indications were sununarized after the statistical classification of the symptoms, tongue and pulse conditions of Maxing Gan_shi Decoction syndrome： （1） main symptoms： cough, fever, dyspnea, sweating. （2） accompanied symp- toms ： thirst, dry stool, urine yellow. （3）tongue and pulse conditions ： red tongue, yellow fur, rapid pulse. If there are three main clinical symptoms plus tongue and pulse signs, or two main symptoms, two accompanied symptoms plus tongue and pulse signs, it can be diagnosed as Maxing Ganshi Decoction syndrome.
