摘　　要：通过现状分析,给出基于需求的高职数学教学优化策略:精心设计实例,激发学生内在需求;提炼数学问题,引导学生学习需求;改进教学方法,适应学生多元需求;鼓励学科交叉,应对社会发展需求;采用综合评价,满足学生进步需求。By means of analyzing current situation, the optimal strategies of high vocational mathematics based on demand are provided： used well- designed example to arouse internal need of student; refined mathematical problem to guide requirement; improved teaching method to adapt polybasic demand; overlapped subject to reply social development; evaluated comprehensively to meet the demand of student.
