摘　　要：企业文化资本化的微观运行机制是以创新为动力、以营销为手段、以意象为内容、以平台为保障。企业文化资本运营要有适宜的文化环境,可以激发企业文化创新的活力,拓展文化创新的思维空间,创造文化创新的环境。Micro-operation mechanism of enterprise cultural capital takes innovation as the driving force,marketing as a means,image as the contents and platform for the protection.Operation of enterprise cultural capital should have the appropriate cultural environment,which can stimulate vitality,expand thinking space and create an environment for enterprise culture innovation.
