摘　　要：通过对地方高校人才培养定位内涵的分析,阐述了构建适合该校实际和定位的实践教学体系的思路,分析了以"三个三"为特征的多元化实践教学体系的内涵,总结了学校以实验教学中心、校内实训基地、创新教育平台、校外实践基地建设为重点的改革与实践经验。Based on the analysis of training content in local universities, this article describes the ideas of con structing practice teaching system which can meet university＇s actual situations, analyzes the content of plural istic practice teaching system with the features of ＂Three 3 ＇s,＂ and summarizes the experience of reform and practice with emphasis on experimental teaching center, inside practice base, Creative Teaching Platform, and outside practice base.
