护士执业资格考试中的阶梯式培养

摘　　要：目的探讨阶梯式培养在护士执业资格考试中的应用及效果。方法从2006年开始,对大专护理专业的护生分阶段采取不同措施提高其执业考试应试能力;对毕业考试不及格者进行考前培训。结果共有2101人参加考试,通过率98.91%,其中2009届通过率98.57%,总均分86.92;2010届通过率99.16%,总均分76.98;99.75%的护生认为阶梯式培养有必要;95.21%的护生认为阶梯式培养对通过执业考试有帮助。结论阶梯式培养有利于逐步提高护生的执业考试应试能力。规范有序的考前培训有利于护生系统掌握所学知识,对提高执业考试通过率有重要的帮助。Objective To explore the applicability of stepwise training for nurses preparing for licensure examination.Methods Since 2006,we have been taking multiple measures to train nursing students from junor colleges about how to be prepared for the licensure examination at different stages.Those who failed the graduation examination were especially trained before they took the licensure examination.Results A total of 2 101 students took the licensure examination,with a passing rate being 98.91%.Students admitted in 2009 had a passing rate of 98.57% with the score averaging 86.92.Those admitted in 2010 enjoyed a passing rate of 99.16% and an average score of 76.98.Totally,99.75% of nursing students convinced it stepwise training program was necessary,and 95.21% thought it helped them pass the licensure examination.Conclusion Stepwise training program helps students be fully prepared for the licensure examination.Orderly and well organized training before the examination benefits students in systematical mastery of knowledge,which is of great importance in enabling them to pass the licensure examination.
