摘　　要：随着医疗口译的发现,职业道德,尤其是态度和原则得到越来越多的关注。译员正确的态度成为良好的口译项目管理不可缺少的条件。本文结合作者本人的实践从一个崭新的视角探讨了医疗口译员的三个核心态度:忠实、公正和纪律性。With the development of medical interpreting, ethics, especially attitudes and principles of interpreters gains more attention and right attitudes of interpreters become a must for efficient interpreting project management. This essay explores three essential elements of medical interpreting： loyalty, impartiality and discipline from new and practical perspectives.
