摘　　要：本文围绕目前高等教育大众化进程中的研究生教育质量问题,有针对性地提出重新认识研究生教育质量的概念内涵,在教育质量的认识上实现两个转变,在教育质量的管理上开展两项改革。Against problems of education quality in the popularization Stage of graduate education now, this paper explains the concept of quality of graduate education; achieves two transformations of understanding graduate education quality and performs two reforms of its administration.
