摘  要:校本教研是实施新课程实践的需要,也是提高边疆地区教学质量的保障。遵循校本教研以校为本、以教师为本和以发展为本的三个基本理念,在边疆地区开展行之有效的校本教研活动,并落实到专业引领、专题研讨以及合作研究三个教学研究环节中,能够充分地体现校本教研对提高边疆地区教师队伍素质和学科教学质量的重要意义。School - based teaching research is to implement the new curriculum teaching needs, but also improve the quality of teaching security in border areas. Following the three basic concepts of the school - based teaching and research,teacher - centered and developmentoriented,an effective schoolbased teaching and research has been practiced in the border regions education. The implement professional guidance, seminars and joint research study of three teaching session fully reflect the border areas based research to improve the quality of teachers and the importance of teaching quality.
