摘　　要：互联网搜索引擎被语言学者和文字工作者用来检索语料,用于实证性的语言学研究或者语言参考。Google语言学就是这种方法的名称之一。该方法也是"互联网用作语料库",即将互联网作为语料资源解决方案的一种非正式方法。基于对相关领域发展动态的追踪和文献搜集,本文介绍Google语言学方法的诞生、现状,并从语言学、语料库语言学、文本检索原理等视角,对其原理及应用方法作出深入分析。Web search engine is also used by linguists and language specialists to mine linguistic facts and data,which are used as empirical evidences in linguistic study and language references in field work of writing or translation. Google linguistics is one of the terms that refers to this method, which is also an unofficial implementation of ＂Web As Corpus＂ ,i. e. using Internet as a corpus resource. On the basis of current progress of this field and related literature, this paper introduces the origination and development of Google linguistics, as well as analyzes how it actually works from the perspective of linguistic theories, corpus linguistics and text retrieval.
