关于实施本科生导师制的教学研究

摘　　要：高等学校教育教学改革的根本目的是提高人才培养质量,而人才培养质量的提高,教师是最关键的因素,构建本科生导师制的人才培养教学模式是对提高人才培养质量途径的重要探索。文章综述了目前本科生导师制的在国内一些高校的研究成果和实践情况,探析了目前国内实施本科生导师制的问题及原因分析,最后提出了有针对性的建议策略。the fundamental purpose of teaching reform of the higher education is to improve the quality of personnel training,and improving the quality of personnel training,teachers are the most critical factor.Building a teaching training tutorial system is the important exploration for improving the quality of personnel training.This dissertation sums up some research outcomes and practice of some colleges and universities in our country.then,analyzes the problems existed in tutorial system for undergraduate and the reasons for it;,finally makes a specific proposal strategy.
