摘 要:通过文献资料和逻辑分析等方法,针对当前学校体育教学中体质健康促进的缺失性问题,提出了青少年学生体质健康促进的若干理论思考,研究认为,首先,健康促进模式应重在实在,提高学校健康促进模式的有效性;课程设计应以体育教学项目为切入点,也就是说,我们应当注重体育项目的本身特点并进行有效分组;其次,应从健康促进评估的角度加强多维度建设(如短期效应,中期效应和长期效益);再次,就体质健康标准而言,应注重指标的选择,即体现不同身体素质的发展水平;最后,应建立相应的政策以保障和提高学校体育教学中健康促进的实施,并藉此希望能够与广大同仁探讨和商榷。Using methods of logical analysis and literature,this article analyzed the questions of health promotion on the physique of adolescent based on the perspective of physical education in school.The author thinks that,firstly,the health promotion model should focus on the efficiency and promote the effectiveness of teaching;Curriculum design should focus on the sports event.That is to say,we should analyze the characteristics of sports event and effectively divide the group.Secondly,the evaluation of health promotion should strengthen the overall dimensions in physical education.Thirdly,as far as the criterion of physique health is concerned,the selection of indicators of health evaluation is the most important.Finally,it should take some policy to ensure achievement of health promotion in school,and the author welcome any discussion from researchers.
