摘　　要：天然药物化学是药学专业和制药工程专业中一门重要的专业课程,随着中药现代化和国际化的发展趋势,其重要性不容忽视。本文对讲好第一节课,突出主线、详解重点、多媒体和板书有机结合,课前导入和课中高潮法、比较、联系、归纳教学方法,课后布置习题、综合考核知识和能力等理论课教学方面和增开设计性实验,安排综合性实验等实验课教学方面的认识进行了探讨。Natural product chemistry is an important specialty course of pharmacy and pharmaceutical engineering professions. It becomes more and more important with the development of the modernization and internationalization of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The paper has introduced the understanding of natural product chemistry from the classroom teaching, such as the theory class teaching of having the first lesson well, highlighting the main line, elucidating major parts, combining multimedia with blackboard-writing, importing before class, having a climax among class, teaching methods of comparisons, connection and generalization, assigning exereises, examinating knowledge and abilities comprehensively, and the experiment class teaching of adding designing experiments,arranging comprehensive experiments, and so on.
