摘 要:目的:对中药赤芍的不同产地野生品及栽培品中芍药苷、没食子酸、儿茶素及苯甲酸含量进行比较研究。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.02%磷酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,检测波长230 nm(儿茶素、苯甲酸),272 nm(没食子酸、芍药苷),柱温30℃,进样量10μL。结果:赤芍野生品中没食子酸、儿茶素、芍药苷、苯甲酸的含量范围依次为0.008 35%~0.143%,0.024 2%~0.675%,2.23%~8.03%,0.033 2%~0.152%。赤芍栽培品以上4种化学成分的含量范围分别为0.006 26%~0.052 3%,0.114%~0.516%,1.57%~4.18%,0.032 5%~0.115%。黑龙江大庆和吉林梨树县产赤芍栽培品的芍药苷、儿茶素含量与野生品的没有显著性差异。结论:建议以芍药苷及儿茶素共同做为评判赤芍道地药材质量的指标性成分;黑龙江省和吉林省为适宜进行赤芍栽培的地域。Objective:Paeoniflorin,gallic acid,catechin,and benzoic acid of Radix Paeoniae Rubra of different origins of wild and cultivation were compared by HPLC.Method:A agilent zorbax C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.02% phosphoric acid solution,gradient elution.The detection wavelength were 230 nm and 270 nm respectively.Column temperature is 30 ℃.The injection volume is 10 μL.Result:The content of catechin,gallic acid,paeoniflorin and benzoic acid in wild Radix Paeoniae Rubra were 0.008 35%-0.143%,0.024 2%-0.675%,2.23%-8.03%,0.033 2%-0.152% respectively,in cultivated Radix Paeoniae Rubra were 0.006 26%-0.0523%,0.114%-0.516%,1.57%-4.18%,0.032 5%-0.115% respectively.Cultivated Radix Paeoniae Rubra of Daqing and Lishu have no significant differernce with wild Radix Paeoniae Rubra.Conclusion:Suggest Paeoniflorin and catechin as the indicative components of evaluateing genuine medicinal materials.Heilongjiang and Jilin were the suited area for cultivating Radix Paeoniae Rubra.
