摘　　要：从重点学科建设的整体性出发,通过对国家重点学科遴选、建设历程的回顾与梳理,分析了重点学科建设的国家导向。同时,以上海、广东、河南三省市重点学科建设为案例,透视了省区(市)重点学科跟进建设过程中存在的问题,论述了国家和省区(市)不同层次重点学科建设的科学目标和社会目标。最后,就解决重点学科建设省区(市)跟进中所面临的问题提出对策。This paper makes a retrospect and comb about the course of selecting and constructing China＇s key discipline from an overall point of view, and analyses the national orientation of this program. Taking for example the discipline construction in Shanghai, Guangdong and Henan province, this paper makes a perspective view of the problems in the provincial follow-up of the national orientation, discusses the different orientations of our country and provinces in discipline construction and in the whole society. Finally, this paper puts forward the solutions to the problems.
