摘　　要：从哲学角度分析和正确处理医学教育中规模与结构、大众与精英、标准与求异、局部与整体四个关系,有助于我们进一步认清医学教育的本质与规律,端正医学人才的培养目标与方向。Four relations were analyzed in view of philosophy,which involved in education scale and structure, public education and elite education, insisting standard and encouraging divergent, and part and entirety. It will he helpful to further understand the nature and law of medical education, correct the goal and direction of medical talent training.
