摘　　要：运用文献资料法,界定了青少年阳光体育运动服务体系的概念。阐述了阳光体育运动服务体系的内涵:1)以学生为本,健康第一是指导思想;2)青少年学生利益最大化是主要内容;3)课外体育活动内容的推陈出新是不竭动力;4)校园体育文化是有力支柱;5)提高全民族素质是精神动力。指出了构建青少年阳光体育运动服务体系的理论框架:构建阳光体育运动服务体系应凸显全体性、针对性、重要性、强制性、紧迫性、地域性、差异性、实效性。By using the methods of documentation, it defines the teenagers sunshine sports service system concept and expounds the sun sports service system of content： 1 ） Regard the students as foundation and the health first is guiding principle; 2 ） young students benefit maximization is main content; 3 ） extracurricular sports activity is an inexhaustible motive force for the advent of the content; 4） campus sports culture is a powerful pillar; 5 ） enhancing the whole nation quality is the spiritual power. It points out the sun sports building youth service system of theoretical framework ： constructing the sun sports service system should highlight all, specific and importance, mandatory, urgency, regional, difference and effectiveness.
