摘 要:以《食用菌栽培与加工》课程为例开发基于工作过程系统化课程,以食用菌典型工作过程为依据重构教学内容,按照工作流程设计教学进程和学习情境,采取工学结合、任务驱动、行动导向等多种教学模式、教学手段和方法,通过注重过程化、综合化的动态综合评价体系实施教学评价,使理论知识学习服务于职业技能训练,职业技能训练助于职业素养养成,职业能力在工作任务的完成之中得以提升,最终达到全面培养学生的综合职业能力的目的。The development of the systematized course based on the working process,with "thecultivation & processing of Edible Fungi" course as an example.Based on the typical work process of edible fungi,we reconstructed the teaching content.We designed the teaching-learning process and the learning environment in accordance with the work flow.We taked the teaching,teaching tools and methods of work and study, task-driven, action guide and others. We implemented the teaching evaluation through the dynamic comprehensive evaluation system focus on the process, comprehensive. The purposes are the learning of the oretical knowledge servicing for the vocational skills training, the training of the vocational skills helping the development of the professionalism, the professional competence improving with the complete of the tasks, and training fully the comprehensive vocational ability of students ultimately.
