摘　　要：介绍了硝基呋喃类抗生素原药及代谢产物的相关性质,详细阐述了其在食源性动物组织中残留的各类检测技术的原理、特点及研究进展,旨在促进硝基呋喃类药物及其代谢产物常规检测技术的发展。The related properties of both nitrofuran parent drugs and their metabolites,especially the principles,characteristics and developments of analytical methods for the detection of them were introduced,aiming to promote the development of rapid,high-capacity screening determination technologies of nitrofuran and their metabolites residues.
