普洱茶预防SD大鼠肥胖功效评价与研究

摘　　要：目的:观察普洱茶对SD大鼠高脂饲料诱发性肥胖的预防效果。方法:4周龄SD大鼠96只,在高脂饲料造模的同时给予不同浓度普洱茶干预60天,试验期间观察动物体重,试验结束后检测动物血脂、体脂及肝脏脂肪变性程度等。结果:①普洱茶能抑制高脂饲料诱发的SD大鼠体重和体脂的增加;②普洱茶能调节SD大鼠血清总甘油三酯(TG)、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平;③普洱茶能减轻高脂饲料诱发的SD大鼠肝脏脂肪变性的程度。结论:普洱茶具有预防高脂饲料诱发的SD大鼠肥胖的作用。Objective ：To observe the efficacy of Puerh Tea preventing obesity induced by high- lipid diet in SD rats. Methods ：96 4 -week -old SD rats were received high -lipid diet to induce obesity,and simultaneously they were admin- istered with different doses of Puerh Tea for 60 days. bodyweights were recorded during experiment. At the end of experi- ment, blood lipids,body fat,and adipose degeneration of livers, etc. they all were measured. Results：（1）Puerh Tea can restrain the gaining of body weight and body fat induced by high - lipid diet. （2）Puerh Tea can accommodate the levels of serum Triglycerid（TG） , Very Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol（ VDL- C）, and High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol （HDL- C） ;（3）Fatty degeneration of hepatic ceils which were induced by high- lipid diet were relieved effectively. Conclusion ： Puerh Tea have the effect of preventing obesity induced by high - lipid diet in SD rats.
