摘　　要：通过个人学习与团队学习、辅导员教育与学生学习、领导带头与典型示范、阵地教育与平台建设相结合的方法,建设高校学习型辅导员党小组,能促进辅导员专业成长,提高整个队伍的专业化水平,具有创新性、开放性、民主性、科学性。By combining the individual learning and group learning, instructors＇ education and students＇ learning, leaders＇ model and demonstration, field education and platform construction, universities can build learning Party groups of political instructors, These groups can promote the professional standard of instructor team as well as instructors＇ personal growth. These party groups are characterized with creation, openness, democracy and scientificalness.
