青藏高原回族青年文化习性与跨文化适应力的调查研究

摘　　要：通过对青海1118名回、汉大中学生文化习性和跨文化适应力的问卷调查,发现回族青年的文化习性获得与跨文化适应力的发展之间存在高度相关;大学生比中学生有更强的跨文化适应的意识和更加积极的跨文化适应的态度。回族女性存在强烈的主流文化认同和跨文化意识;回、汉族青年在"跨文化意识"、"宗教情感"等维度存在非常显著差异。回族青年的文化习性和跨文化适应能力随着年龄增长和受教育程度的提高发生了较大变化,对他文化的认识和态度也更加理性。It is found that the cultural habits acquisition and the cross--cultural adaptability development of Muslim youth are highly correlated through surveying 1118 Muslim and Han middle school and university students concerning cultural habits and crosscultural adaptability. University students have stronger cross--cultural adaptability awareness and more active attitude on this issue compared with middle school students. Muslim female young people have strong main stream cultural identity and cross--cultural awareness. There are obvious differences on ＂cross--cultural awareness＂ and Religious feelings＂ between Muslim and Han young people. Cultural habits and cross--cultural adaptability of Muslim young people undergo great changes with the increase of age and education. Their understanding and attitude to other culture will be more rational.
