摘　　要：在单科性医学院校步入多学科发展的进程中,改革传统的教学管理模式势在必行。该文提出了教学管理模式的改革的3项建议:树立改革思想,更新教育管理理念;处理三个关系,实行校院两级管理;建立科学的管理机制,保障人才培养质量。It becomes critical to reform the traditional teaching management systems and mechanisms in the process of single subject medical college developing into the multi-disciplinary.Three reform strategies are proposeed,setting reform-minded,updating educational management idea,dealing with three relations,implementing the two-level management style between college and school and establishing a scientific management mechanism to ensure the quality of personnel training.
