高校毕业生就业心理问题及对策探析

摘　　要：高校扩招使得大学毕业生人数逐年增加，就业形势越来越严峻。大学生就业已成为一个社会热点问题，然而造成大学生就业困难除了与外部环境因素有关外，还与其自身心理问题有密切联系。因此，本文在剖析大学生就业心理问题的基础上，提出了应从普及大学生就业心理健康教育，高度重视就业指导课，提高大学生专业能力和综合素养，科学规划职业生涯，社会要为毕业生提供良好的就业环境这五个方面的措施。The number of university graduates increases by college expansion, and employment situation is more and more difficult every year. The employment problem has been a hot social issue. The employment difficulty is not only connected with external environmental factors, but also closely with psychological problems of students. Based on a series of psychologi- cal problems, five suggestions, such as promoting employment education of psychological health, emphasizing employment guid- ance lessons, improving students＂ professional ability and comprehensive qualities, carrying out scientific planning career, and providing good employment environment for graduates from society, are all proposed.
