摘　　要：提升高校教师积极性对于高校的发展与社会的发展至关重要,是当前刻不容缓的任务。活力管理强调以人为本,对于高校教师积极性的提升,具有相当积极的借鉴作用与意义。从该模式出发提升高校教师积极性,就是要正确对待高校教师的物质文化需要、沟通需要、自尊需要与自我实现需要。Promoting college teachers＇ enthusiasm is vital to the development of universities and society. It is an urgent task at present. The vigor management emphasized as people-orientation attaches positive significance to promote college teachers＇ enthusiasm. Using this mode to promote college teachers＇ enthusiasm, we should take a correct approach to college teachers＇ material and cultural needs, communication needs, self-esteem need and self-realization needs.
