摘　　要：汤方辨证是一种临床常用的,但在以往的理论研究中却未引起重视的临床思辨方法。汤方辨证是以方剂的适应病证范围、病机、治法、禁忌症等相关内容为框架,对疾病的临床表现、体征及其它相关资料进行辨析的辨证方法。辨证结果不仅包含了患者病证与方证在症状舌脉上的统一,而且还包含着病证的病因、病位和病机等方面的内容。汤方辨证是方证与病证的对应,而不是方药与症状的对应。与日本汉方医学的方证对应更是形似而质不同,不可以相提并论。汤方辨证既是可以独立运用于临床的一种辨证方法,又是融合于各种辨证方法中的一种思辨过程。汤方辨证有别于其他辨证方法,除其特殊的辨证框架外,其临床思维方法亦独具特色,不仅和其他辨证方法一样具有层次分析的思维形式,而且还具有直觉思维和专病(证)专方(药)等特殊的临床思维方法,这也正是汤方辨证的研究价值所在。Decoction formula differentiation is a sort of thinking way and clinical speculative methods commonly used in clinic but failed to pay attention to in the theoretical studies in the past. Decoction formula differentiation takes the range of adaptation syndromes, pathogenesis, therapy, and contraindications as a framework to ana- lyze such clinical information as clinical manifestation, signs and other relevant data. It is a method of differentiation. The differentiation results not only include the unification patients＇ syndrome and formula syndrome of on the tongue and pulse, but also contain the evidence of the cause of disease, disease location, and other aspects of pathogenesis. Decoction formula differentiation is the correspondence of formula syndrome and disease syndrome, but not the symptoms and the corresponding prescription. The correspondence of prescription and syndrome in Japanese Kampo medicine resemble to it in shape, but the quality nature is fully different, and they can not be comparable. Decoction formula differentiation can be independently a differentiation method applied to the clinic, and also a thinking approach integrated in a variety of differentiation methods in a speculative process. It is different from other differentiation methods, and in addition to its special differentiation framework, the clinical way of thinking is also unique. It has the thinking style with administrative level analysis just as the other differentiation methods not only, but also a specific clinical way of thinking with intuition and the method of special disease with special formula, which is the research value of decoction formula differentiation.
