摘 要:目的探讨生产企业在生产、消费者饮用过程中造成桶装纯净水微生物污染及其影响因素,为生产企业规范管理、消费者合理正确使用桶装纯净水,提供科学依据。方法选取惠阳区内14家桶装纯净水生产企业及其每家15户消费者,通过对企业生产、消费者饮用过程中主要环节的现场卫生学调查及样品检测分析与研究,查找微生物污染及其影响因素。结果造成桶装纯净水微生物污染的影响因素主要有:1.生产企业从业人员操作不规范;桶、盖消毒不合格;灌装间空气污浊;桶盖密封差及水体消毒不合格;2.饮水机无定期消毒及储水时间过长。结论影响桶装纯净水受微生物污染是多因素的,既有生产企业的因素,又与消费者未合理、正确使用饮水机密不可分。Objective To investigate the production of enterprises in production,causing consumers to drink bottled purified water during the microbial contamination and its influence factors for the production of standard management companies,consumers the proper use of bottled purified water and reasonable to provide a scientific basis.Methods area producing 14 barrels of pure water every 15 enterprises and their consumers,through the production,the major part of the consumer to drink the field during the health investigation and analysis of sample testing and research,to find microbial contamination and the risk factors.Results In microbial contamination of bottled purified water factors are: 1.production companies operating non-standard employees;barrel,cover sterilization failure;filling between the air pollution;lid sealing and poor water disinfection failed;2.water machine without regular disinfection and storage too long.Conclusion of microbial contamination of bottled purified water is multifactorial,both factors of production enterprises,but also with consumers is not reasonable and proper use of drinking fountains are inseparable.
