关于学校“建设教学研究型二级学院”的思考

摘　　要：在高等院校竞争愈演愈烈的严峻形势下,"建设教学研究型二级学院"是我校领导当下审时度势作出的科学决策。高职称、高学历教师应该在建设教学研究型二级学院中有大作为。＂Building up a second-grade collage of teaching and researching＂ is a decision of strategic importance made by our collage leader when the competition among the institutes of higher learning in china is becoming fiercer nowdays.Teachers with higher professional titles and academic qualifications should play important roles in the campaign.
