摘　　要：医学院校研究生就业在当前总体就业形势十分严峻的背景下也面临巨大压力,影响医学院校研究生就业的因素很多,但就业思想政治教育不足是其中最重要的因素之一。围绕医学院校研究生就业思想政治教育这一主题,详细阐述了作为医学研究生这一特定主体,其就业思想政治教育存在的主要问题、所应遵循的原则以及如何提高就业思想政治教育效果等基本问题。In the current employment situation,the medical postgraduates＇ employment is under tremendous pressure.There are many factors that affect the employment,but the lack of ideological and political education in the employment is one of the most important factors.The paper elaborates the main problems that exist in the ideological and political education in medical postgraduates＇ employment,the principles to be followed,the effects of ideological and political education in the employment,and other basic issues.
