摘 要:为适应全球化经济社会飞速发展的需求,各高校国际商务谈判课程着力于培养学生成为未来合格的跨国商务谈判人员。要想达到这一目标,实践的教学环节必不可少,具体包括案例分析法、模拟谈判法以及分组报告和录像、讲座等其他实践教学方式。只有理论学习与实践练习相辅相成才能真正让学生学以致用,全面深入地掌握相关谈判知识与技巧,为他们将来走入职场,成为具有良好的专业素质和沟通能力的复合型人才做好充分准备;而教师也会在这一过程中,从专业知识与教学技能两方面取得收获。To meet the fast development of global economic society,the course of International Business Negotiation is devoted to cultivating students into potential qualified transnational business negotiators.Practical teaching is essential to achieving this aim,which includes the application of case analysis,simulated negotiations,group reports,videos,and lectures.Only when theoretical study and practical training complement each other can students make good use of what they lean in class and grasp fully and deeply the related negotiation knowledge and techniques,and so prepare themselves for compound talents with both good professional qualities and communicative abilities for their future career.Teachers can also better themselves in both professional knowledge and teaching skills during this process.
