法医学鉴定中智力障碍综合评估方法的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨智力测验及综合评估方法在法医学伤残鉴定中对智力障碍评估的适用性,以提高智力评估的采信度。方法综合组211例被鉴定人,采用智力测验及综合评估法;单一组194例被鉴定人采用单纯韦氏智力测验评定,两组评定结果与专家组鉴定结论比较。结果综合组:综合评估结果与专家组鉴定结论比较无显著差异(χ2=1.70,P>0.05);单一组:单纯韦氏智力测验结果与专家组鉴定结论比较,有显著差异(2χ=15.4,P<0.01)。综合组与单一组在评估结果上有显著差异(χ2=8.06,P<0.01)。结论智力测验及综合评估方法能有效提高智力评估的采信度。Objective To investigate the suitability of the intelligence tests and comprehensive evaluation methods for mental disability assessment in forensic identification,and improve the reliability of collected samples in intelligence assessment.Methods 211 patients with disability were analyzed with intelligence tests and comprehensive evaluation（Combined group）.194 patients with disability were analyzed with Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale（Single group）.Results Combined group： no significant difference between experts＇ assessment and Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale（χ^2 = 1.70,P0.05）.Single Group： a significant difference between Wechsler test and expert appraisal（χ^2 = 15.4 P0.01）.a significant difference exists in the conclusion of Combined group and Single group（^χ2 = 8.06,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Comprehensive assessment of intelligence tests and intelligence evaluation can effectively improve the reliability of collected samples.
