不同办园体制下幼儿教师的生存状态

摘　　要：生存状态指在日常物质和精神环境以及特定的历史文化背景下,人们表现出来的各种生活形态。幼儿教师的生存状态包括幼儿教师的健康状况、待遇状况、工作情况、人际关系、社会地位、自我实现状况等。对不同办园体制下幼儿教师的生存状态进行调查与访谈,结果显示幼儿教师的总体生存状态欠佳,并在不同办园体制上存在显著差异,教育部门及机关事业单位办幼儿园教师的生存状态相对最好,部队办幼儿园次之,企业办幼儿园和公民个人办幼儿园最差。不良的生存状态势必会影响幼儿教师的生活水平与教育教学质量,制约学前教育事业的健康发展。各级政府与教育主管部门应高度重视幼儿教师生存状态的改善,通过提高其待遇与社会地位促进幼儿教师队伍建设。The subsist status environment and specific settings is the live form which people put of history and culture. Kindergarten up under the material and mind teachers＇ subsist status could be observed from aspects of health, treatment, working, interpersonal relation, social class and self achievement. The survey shows that the teachers＇ subsist status under different kindergarten organization systems is totally undesirable and they are different from each other at the same time.
