摘 要:本研究探讨具体性效应对一语(汉语和英语)和二语(英语)心理词库联想反应的影响。依据Langacker(2004)的认知语法理论,本文从空间概念和感官体验两个角度首次对不同词性的具体性进行定义,并用量表验证所选词的具体性程度。研究表明,具体性效应没有改变一语心理词库语义联结的特质,但对二语心理词库有一定影响,其具体词的语义-非语义反应比差远高于抽象词的语义-非语义反应比差,且抽象词的横组合反应明显示弱。随着二语语言水平的提高,具体词的纵聚合知识快速发展,横组合知识停滞不前;抽象词的语义发展快于具体词,总体表现出由于具体性效应引发的语义、横—纵组合知识发展不共时、非均衡的特点。This study investigated the concreteness effect on both L1 and 1.2 mental lexicon organizations by comparing their word association responses respectively. The definition of "concreteness" of different classes of words was first proposed from the two perspectives of "the conception of space" and "the experience of senses" by Langacker (2004). The results indicate that concreteness effect does not change the nature of semantically-related L1 mental lexicon, however; it does ghow some impact on the L2 mental [exioon, in which concrete words dick far more semantically.related responses whereas abstract counterparts elicit far fewer syntagrnaticaUy-related ones. The rapidly expanded paradigmatic knowledge and fairly stabilized' syntagrnatic knowledge of concrete and abstract words in L2 mental lexicon provide strong evidence for the conclusion of the asymmetrical and asynchronous development of L2 semantic, syntagrnatic-paradigmatic knowledge due to the concreteness effect.
