少数民族本科预科办学效益评价指标体系构想

摘　　要：为提高和保障我国少数民族本科预科办学效益,对民族预科办学效益的内涵进行了研究,指出影响民族预科办学效益的基本因素是办学基本背景、办学投入的数量与质量、办学的过程控制、办学产出、预科学院的可持续发展力。在此基础上初步构建出少数民族本科预科办学效益评价指标体系,并对该指标体系的实施提出了若干建议。In order to improve and guarantee the efficiency of preparatory school for ethnic minorities undergraduates,this paper has studied the meaning of efficiency on running preparatory school and pointed out the fundamental factors which influence running benefits,that is,running background,the quantity and quality of investment,process control,managerial output,sustainable development ability.On the basis of the analysis,the efficiency evaluation index system of preparatory school for ethnic minorities undergraduates is constructed,and suggestions of implementation are put forward.
