摘  要:为提高羊毛酶法防毡缩整理效果,分别进行了基于角质酶预处理的羊毛Savinase碱性蛋白酶和木瓜蛋白酶加工,考察了二步法协同处理对羊毛减量效果的影响。研究结果表明,相同酶浓度条件下,Savinase较木瓜蛋白酶具有稍高的酶解效率,试样失重率较高;相同失重率条件下,木瓜蛋白酶处理羊毛较Savinase处理样具有稍好的润湿性,碱溶解度与水洗毡缩率略低,表明角质酶、木瓜蛋白酶组合处理中羊毛纤维鳞片水解去除效果较好。XPS元素分析结果初步验证了木瓜蛋白酶较Savinase更趋于水解模式的羊毛酶解加工。For improving the anti-felting effect of wool by enzymatic treatment,the wool samples that had been subjected to pretreatment with cutinase were treated with Savinase and papain,respectively.The effect of synergistic action of the two-step process on the weight loss of the samples was investigated.The experimental results revealed that under the same enzymatic concentration,Savinase treatment showed a little higher efficiency of enzymolysis and imparted the sample higher weight loss percentage than papain;under the same weight loss percentage,papain treatment rendered the sample better wettability,lower alkaline solubility and felting shrinkage than Savinase,indicating that the extent of scale removal was more remarkable during cutinase-papain treatment.The data obtained by XPS verified that papain seemed to degrade the scales more efficiently in hydrolysis mode than Savinase during wool enzymatic treatment.
