摘　　要：现代物流人才的匮乏已成为制约中国物流业发展的瓶颈，探索适宜的物流人才培养模式，已经成为我国现代物流发展的当务之急。本文以西南交通大学交通运输与物流学院物流工程专业为例，提出了具有工科特色的物流工程专业人才培养模式。The lack of modem logistics personnel has restricted the bottleneck of China＇s logistics industry, exploring appropriate logistics training model has become a top priority the development of modem logistics. In this paper, take Logistics Engineering in Transportation and Logistics of Southwest Jiaotong University School as an example, proposed logistics engineering training model of engineering characteristics.
