摘　　要：本文回顾了国外医学门类学科专业设置情况、我国研究生学科目录（医药学）设置研究等学科目录修订基础工作，在医学领域学科目录修订基本原则指导下，开展了医学领域学科目录门类和一级学科的修订工作；汇总了各学位授予单位对现行学科目录提出的调整建议；召开了医学领域学科目录修订工作小组会议；开展了医学领域学科目录修订方案的全国医学院校调研；重点比较论证了临床医学一级学科拆分方案的可行性。This paper reviews the dillerence between the ioreign medical dlsclphnes and the discipline category （medicine and pharmacy） in China. Under the basic principles of the revision of the disci- pline category in the field of medicine, it provides detailed description of the main procedures of the revi- sion of the discipline category in the field of medicine as follows. It summarizes the revision suggestions on current discipline category that are offered by the medical universities, holds meetings among the working group of the revision of discipline category in the field medicine, carries out investigation throughout the national medical colleges on the revision draft of the discipline category in the field of medicine, and mainly compares and reasons the possibilities of separating draft of the first-class disciplines of clinical medicine.
