摘　　要：由于目前妇科诊疗手段主要依赖于二维图像信息和妇科检查经验，临床教学只能停留在疾病诊疗一般规律的讲授上，对个体化诊疗方案的教学因为缺乏个体化客观证据而无法深入开展。基于CT和MRI三维重建术前评估体系在妇科学临床疾病诊疗个体化教学中的应用，有利于医学生对妇科具体疾病诊断和手术方案的理解，并帮助其进行手术学习。At present, the clinical practice in gynecology largely depends on the 2D imaging and experienced based gynecological examination, moreover, the clinical teaching just focus on the general regularity of diseases. The individually tailored clinical teaching is difficult to accomphsh for the insufficiency of individual and objective evidence. With the applying of 3D reconstruction model based on CT and MRI technology in preoperative evaluation, the individually tailored clinical teaching becomes accessible, which may facilitate the learning of diagnosis, the design and study of surgery for medical.
