摘  要:通过对国家级自然保护区天水小陇山李子与沙坝境内人工栽植的日本落叶松林地夏季土壤微生物数量、空间分布及多样性进行定位试验监测,结果表明,该区日本落叶松林土壤微生物类群主要以细菌为主,约占微生物总量的98%左右,其次为放线菌,真菌最少,共分离鉴定出12种菌属。微生物数量在土层0~40 cm范围内变化剧烈,随土层的加深呈1~3个数量级下降,明显有别于其他林地微生物分布规律,或许说明土壤肥力随土层加深下降明显,且多样性指数波动较大,物种丰富度较低,该区土壤质量可能存在不良状况。Through examining the soil microbial quantities and spatial distribution and diversity of artificial Larix kaempferi(Lamb.) Carr in the National Nature Reserve of Tianshui Xiaolongshan in summer,the results were observed as follows.The dominant microbe in soils examined was bacteria which accounting for 98 percent,followed by actinomycetes;while the amount of fungi was smallest.In addition,12 species had been successfully separated and identified from this soil.Soil microbes experienced fierce changes in 0-40 cm depth soils and decreased in one to three orders of magnitude,which was significantly different from other forests.This phenomenon might give the facts that fertility of this area declined significantly as the soil depth increased and the diversity index fluctuated obviously.On the other hand,the species richness was lower in this area,so it could imply that the soil quality in this area was poor.
