泰必利联合尼莫地平治疗偏头痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察泰必利和尼莫地平治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法:选择118例偏头痛患者,随机分为两组(治疗组比对照组=2:1),治疗组80例;对照组38例,治疗组口服泰必利0.1,3次/日,同时服用尼莫地平20～40mg,3次/日。对照组口服血塞通50mg,3次/日,2周为一疗程。结果治疗组头痛缓解和脑血管血流速度减慢优于对照组,总有效率95%,且不良反应轻微。结论:泰必利联合尼莫地平治疗偏头痛有较好疗效,且不良反应少。Objective：observe the curative effect of Tiapride and Nimodipine to treat the migraine.Method：choice 118 patients with migraine, divide them randomly into two groups（the proportion of treatment group and control group is two to one） including 80 patients in treatment group and 38 patients in control group.patient in treatment group take orally Tiapride three times a day,every time 0.lg,at the same time they also take orally Nimodipine three times a day and every time 20～40mg.patient in control group take orally Xuesaitong three times a day,every time 50mg, and ibuprofen three times a day,every time 0.1～0.2,the course of the treatment is 2 weeks,the result show that the condition of headache abated and blood flow rate of Cerebral Hemorrage decreased in treatment group is superior to that in control group.the total effective rate is 98.8%,with slight adverse reaction.Conclusion：Tiapride combine with Nimodipine to treat migraine which have marked effect and with slight adverse reaction.
