摘　　要：网络环境下教学平台是一种新的教学方式，其特点是教师和学生之间可以跨越时空进行实时和非实时的交流。学生可以根据自身的特点，灵活地安排学习计划，有选择地、针对性地进行个别化学习。该文从需求分析、结构设计、要素设计等方面进行了探讨。The web - based teaching and learning platform is a new teaching method, which is characterized by real -time and non -real -time teacher -student interaction across time and space. Students can arrange their learning flexibly according to their own characteristics and develop their individual learning selectively. This article probes into some problems in the aspects of needs analysis, structural design and element design.
