摘　　要：党的建设与思想政治工作包容互嵌在一起,两者互动共生,密切相关。党的建设的优良传统为特定场域中思想政治工作的开展提供精神资源,思想政治工作本身就是党的建设的重要内容,其创新也为党的建设提供动力支持。The party＇s construction and ideological and political work mutually embed in and interact each other,closely relate to the symbiotic.The fine tradition of the party＇s construction will provide spiritual resources for ideological and political work,and ideological and political work itself is an important content of the party＇s construction,while the innovation of ideological and political work also provides support for the party＇s construction.
