摘  要:本文以温度、氧压、H2O2浓度和镁基氧化物的用量作为单因素实验条件,采用活性氧对甘蔗渣进行脱木素,然后进行纤维素酶解实验。探讨活性氧脱木素的效果及其对酶解效果的影响。结果表明,甘蔗渣经过活性氧脱木素后,木素脱除率高达96.23%,酶水解得率达到52.36%。甘蔗渣经过活性氧预处理后,大量木素脱除,有利于纤维素酶水解。This study established a novel process by using reactive oxygen(H2O2 and O2) delignification of bagasse to explore the effect of lignin content of bagasse.In a typical experiment,the treatment conditions were as follow: temperature of 145 ℃~165 ℃,oxygen pressure of 0 MPa~1.2 MPa,the amount of Mg-based Oxides of 0~10.0 g and concentration of H2O2 of 0~16%.Then the bagasse was used as raw materials for cellulase hydrolysis to investigate the sugar yield of enzymatic hydrolysis.The result showed that the reactive oxygen delignification could effectively enhance the sugar yield of enzymatic hydrolysis of bagasse and delignification rate.The rate of lignin removal was up to 96.23% and the sugar yield of the enzymatic hydrolysis was 52.36%.After delignification with reactive oxygen,a great deal of lignin in bagasse were removed,which was in favor of the enzymatic hydrolysis.
