师范生生命智慧与心理健康的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨师范生生命智慧与心理健康的相关性，为预防和减少师范生心理疾病的发生提供依据。方法采用大学生生命智慧问卷与症状自评量表对某师范学院255名师范生进行了问卷调查，收回有效问卷244份，有效率为87．14％。对有效问卷进行统计分析。结果抑郁、其他对生命智慧总分具有显著的正向作用，躯体化对生命智慧总分具有显著的负向作用，生命非认知智慧、适应智慧对心理健康具有显著的正向作用。结论师范生的生命智慧与心理健康关系密切，生命智慧对其心理健康具有重要影响。Objectives To explore the relationship between life intelligence and mental health in normal college students in order to prevent and reduce the development of mental illness. Methods Surveys were carried out with the College Students＇ Life Intelligence Questionnaire （CSLIQ） and the Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL-90） in 255 students of a certain normal college, 244 valid questionnaies were returned and effective rate was 87.14%. Valid questionnaires were statistically analyzed. Results Depression and others had significant positive effect on and somatization negative effect on life intelligence total score, and life non-cognitive and adaption intelligence positive effect on mental health. It was suggested that mental health had predictive effect on life intelligence and life non-cognitive and adaption intelligence significant positive predictive effect on mental health.Conclusion, Life intelligence normal college students is closely related to mental health and has an important influence on mental health.
