摘　　要：生态理念的企业管理是在科学发展观指导下的企业管理,这种管理必须实现从"小我"向"大我"、从"孤立"向"关联"、从"单向"向"多向"的思维方式转变。The enterprise management of ecological concept is the one under the guidance of scientific concepts,which must realize from the ＂ego＂ to ＂I＂,from ＂isolation＂ to ＂association＂,from ＂one-way＂ to ＂multi-way＂ thinking transformation.
