摘　　要：大学生就业能力直接影响一个国家社会经济发展的水平与大学生自我价值的实现。本文通过分析当前大学生就业形势的特点,并针对我国高等教育发展的现状和高校教学实践,从政府、高校、大学生自身三个方面探讨并提出提升大学生就业能力的方法和途径。Employability of university students is closely related with a country＇s social and economic development as well as realization of self-value of university students.This paper analyzes the current employment situation and discusses ways to uplift employability of university students in regard with the government,universities and students themselves according to the development of higher education and teaching practice of universities in China.
