摘　　要：高职院校"双证书"大学生培养是一个有机的系统工程,需要发挥社会多方面的力量。其中,不可缺少的是政府、行业企业、高职院校、"双证书"大学生等要素,这些要素如何有机地结合在一起,以培养高质量的"双证书"大学生。针对这一问题应当构建以政府政策主导、行业企业共同参与、高职院校为主体、大学生为关键的四位一体的培养机制,进一步推动高职"双证书"大学生的培养工作。Vocational colleges＇ ＂double certificates＂ mechanism to develop students is an organic system which needs the roles of a wide range of social forces. In this system, such elements as the government, industries and enterprises, vocational colleges, ＂double certificates＂ college students are indispensable.These elements should be integrated to cultivate high-quality ＂double certificates＂ students. This paper holds that a training system model should be set up in which the government leads, the industries and enterprises participate, the vocational colleges are the main part and the vocational college students play a critical role with the hope of promoting the cultivation of vocational ＂double certificates＂ college students.
