摘  要:籽粒苋不仅是优质的青饲料,而且是很好的食品原料。叶和籽实的蛋白质含量高且质量好,尤其是赖氨酸含量高;钙、锌、铁含量丰富,可以生产各种各样的发酵食品、面制品、保健食品及其他食品。籽粒苋在吉林省白城市已发展十几年,研究出了适合吉林省应用的籽粒苋新品种及其高产栽培、种养模式和多种食品加工技术,并已形成较完整的推广体系。种植籽粒苋,发展养殖业和食品加工业,降低养殖成本,增加农民收入,对调整种植业结构、促进畜牧业和食品工业的发展有积极的意义。Grain amaranth is not only a green fodder with top quality, but also a food material. Leaves and seeds are reach in high-quality protein, lysine,calcium, zinc and iron, used to produce various fermented foods, flour products, health products and other kinds of food. The grain amaranth has been developed for many years in Baicheng city of Jilin province. With the apperance of new varieties, high yield cultivation, plant breeding model, and food processing technology, a complete extension system is formed. It is meaningful of planting grain amaranth and developing breeding industry to reduce breed cost, increase farmers income, regulate planting structure, promote the development of animal husbandry and food processing.
