摘　　要：以行业为主导的职业教育模式作为一种有利于培养与社会实际需求相适应的职业技术人才的教育形式或教育样式,起源于中世纪手工业行会学徒培训制。这一模式以行业是管理与监督职业教育的中坚力量、行业组织为管理与监督职业教育的实施主体和行业需求能够及时、准确地反映于职业教育中为基本特征。为了保证行业能够在职业教育发展中发挥主导作用,政府采取了法律规定、组织保证和资金支持等保障措施。The career--oriented vocational education is supposed to meet the practical oemand of the students, which originates from the apprenticeship of the medieval handicrafts. The guild is the backbone in managing and supervising vocational education, while the organization implements the management and supervision of vocational education that industry needs timely and accurately of vocational education. The government safeguards it by law, organization and financial support.
