山西高师教育发展现状、问题及对策初探

摘  要:从整体来看,山西高师生培养规模逐年扩大,培养机构走向开放与综合,并努力实现着职前培养与在职培训的一体化。从院校内部来看,教育教学改革不断深化,教学实践环节受到一定重视;师资队伍建设进一步加强。但同时也存在着高师毕业生供大于求、培养目标与教育发展需要疏离、课程体系结构不合理等问题。为此,山西高师教育迫切需要转变规模数量型发展模式,尽快进入以提高质量、优化结构、提高效益为核心的改革发展新阶段。Generally speaking,the teacher education program in Shanxi province has been developing on a large scale these years.The teacher education institutes are becoming less exclusive and more comprehensive;they strive to achieve the integration of both pre-and in-service teacher education.Inside the universities,education reform has been brought to a higher level,field experience has been given more attention,and faculty professional development has been strengthened.Meanwhile,some problems arise: more students are admitted to the programs than needed in society;the education goals fail to meet the needs of societal development;the curriculum structure is unsatisfactory.Given the situation,the teacher educa-tion programs in Shanxi must restructure its curriculum composition,switch its orientation from expanding its scale to impro-ving its quality,and make training effective teachers its key point.
